Terminal Strips
Terminal Strips are used to join Multipair Telecom and Data Cables. They can be mounted in either 19" Sub Racks, in various sized Box Connections or Frames. Designation Strips are used to identify individual connections or strips.

Connection Boxes
The AT500 Series Connection Boxes offer increased pair capacity while maintaining an industry footprint. The 34 way stainless steel backmount frame verticals support 10 Pair IDC Terminal strips giving a normal capacity of 340, 680 or 1020 pairs depending on the model. A unique feature of the AT500 range allows an extra 5 way backmount to be fitted under the standard verticals increasing the capacities to a roomy 390, 780 or 1170 pairs. The door opens through a full 1800 for ease of access, it can be removed entirely using quick release hinges and is easily reversed for left-right opening applications.

Jumper Wire CW 1109/CW1257
CW1109 Jumper Wire is a simple Pair PVC insulated cable for use with Krone Termination Strips. Jumper Wire is also Single Pair but insulated with an Irradiated Outer Sheath for use on Distribution Frames.

Connection Boxes
A Plastic Enclosure fitted with Backmount Frame top allow the installation of Terminal Strips. The cover is secured by large head quick release screws.

Distribution Frame - 111B
The Modular construction of the 111B means that any size of installation can be equipped using a standard building block. The 111B is compatible with older style frames e.g. 105, 108 to allow extension of existing installations. Single verticals can be joined side by side for wall mounting or back to back to form a free standing system. If height reduction is required, the legs can be removed and the 111B mounted directly on the floor giving overall height of just 1850mm.

Internal Grade with LOSH outer sheath
Solid 0.5mm annealed copper conductors to comply with IEC publication 28, PVC insulation compound to BS 6746. Cable core wrapped with polymer tape. Similar construction to CW1308 but enhanced by the addition of a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSOH) outer sheath.

JY-STY Shielded Telephone Cable
Bare solid copper conductors, pairs twisted in layers, plastic foil, drain wire, electrostatic shield of plastic laminated aluminium foil, PVC sheath.

Flat Modular Wiring Cable
A range of multicore flexible cables with has conductors laid side by side. Ideal for use as patch leads, for low speed data or voice applications. The conductors are stranded 26 AWG (7/.16mm) PVC insulated with a silver satin PVC outer sheath and colour coded cores.

Internal Grade - CW1308
The following range of multipair internal telephone cables are manufacture in accordance with BT type CW1 308. These Cores are twisted into pairs and the required number of pairs are then laid up in either layers for cables containing up to and including 25 pairs, or in units for items of 32 pairs an92 above, the pairs are colour coded for ease of identification. An earth conductor of 1.38mm plain copper is included where shown.

Armoured External Grade Cable
- CW1128/1198
These cables are manufactured as those detailed above but have the addition of a steel wire armouring for direct burial applications. The cables are manufactured in accordance with BT type OW 1128/1198.
